Description
The Cover Page has a man resting on a Latte Stone, and all three are next to coconut trees. Below them is a large caption that reads ‘San Francisco, ‘California Here We Come!’ and a smaller caption that reads ‘Poor Taotao Guam! Who is Rehabilitating Who and What?’. The man is dreaming: three men dressed in musketeer outfits are trying to get to what is supposedly the Golden Gate Bridge, and they are greeted by a fourth man dressed in an offices outfit who tells them that he learned about military civilian traffic safety; within the dream there is a caption that reads ‘Three Musketeers and a Mascot’
