The Little League Baseball Headquarters in Williamsport, Pennsylvania has given official national recognition to the Southern League from Guam’s Little League; the Southern League now joins the Andersen Air Force Base, the Navy, and the Northern and Central Leagues in official recognition – being fully franchised. The Southern League is made of teams from Agat, Asan, Santa Rita and Yona. Overall, the Guam Little League is composed of the Northern, Central, and Southern Leagues, now all officially recognized, and all are a single Board of Directors, and are sponsored annually by the Sinajana Civic Improvement Club, Inc. Members of the Guam Little League Board of Directors are: Joaquin Manibusan, Island Court, president; Ben G. Munoz, Guam Police, vice-president; Pete Terlaje, Guam Police, treasurer; Jesus S. Leon Guerrero, Bank of America, assistant vice-president; Rudolph G. Sablan, assistant secretary of Guam; Ricky Aflague; Frank R. Santos; Frank G. Lujan, assistant director of Department of Education; Joseph Rios, GovGuam; Carlos L. Taitano, USN; Bill U. Lujan, Department of Public Works
