Ricardo J. Bordallo is this week’s personality. Ricardo, rather, Ricky, is one of Guam’s foremost car dealer, Ricky’s Auto Company while being the chairman of the Board of Directors of the Family Finance Company, Incorporated. Ricky has also been elected to the Guam Legislature since 1956, and is currently serving as chairman of the Public Health and Welfare Committee. Ricky was born in Agana, went to George Washington High School and the University of San Francisco in California. Ricky is married to Madeleine Zeien, from Minneapolis, Minnesota, and together they have a daughter, Deborah. Ricky was the former president of the Marianas Lions Club, is a member of the Guam Tourist Commission and a member of the Board of Directors for the Marianas Association for Retarded Children. Ricky served as the chairman for the Liberation Day Committee, the TB Drive Governor’s Ball, and the Fifty Star Flag Ceremony. Ricky is also a member of the Circule Cervantine de Guam. In August, Ricky will become a delegate to the national Democratic Presidential Convention at Atlantic City, New Jersey
