Police Captain Jose C. Quintanilla, President of the Agat PTA, presents a public address system to Mrs. Joaquina Roberto, Principal of Agat Elementary School. In the center is Mrs. Maude M. Johnson, Treasurer of the Agat PTA. The equipment consists of a 46 watt amplifier, a microphone and stand and two trumpet speakers. The PTA allocated $213.88 for the purchase of the equipment. Police Captain Jose C. Quintanilla, President of the PTA, presented the PA system to Mrs. Joaquina Roberto, School Principle. Mrs. Roberto was very happy to receive such a fine piece of equipment and stated that the P.A. will be very useful to the school in its many activities and programs
