First order of business every morning was calisthenics, led by Insurance Salesman turned Camp Counselor Steve Troy. There was much grunting and groaning, but everyone was soon awake

The Island Youth Camp was held at Northwest Agriculture Station at Northwest Housing. Nicknamed ‘Camp Hilaan’, a total of 105 boys attended, with 23 counselors. Itinerary included hiking, swimming, crafts, sports, and recreational activities
