Shoemaker presents the CUbs of NCS with gold awards for their table decoration at the annual blue; Cdr. Williams L. Parks poses with his family; John W. Hammocki and Wife; Lt. Francis M. Bulter and his wife Patricia and their daughter Susanne; Alvin J. Richards welcomed back on Guam by his family on February 27th
