An article of thanks towards the Red Cross for services done for the Navy, Coast Guard and Marine personnel and their dependents - various numerous figures are equated in monetary value in terms of service done by the Red Cross. Included are numerous photos: one shows Raymond Hardval, receiving an award of the Mona Lisa from Captain Walter R. Miller; Mike Webber in another explains a weather abllon to students from Tamuning Elementary School; Captain Robert F. Shoemaker presents the CUbs of NCS with gold awards for their table decoration at the annual blue; Cdr. Williams L. Parks poses with his family; John W. Hammocki and Wife; Lt. Francis M. Bulter and his wife Patricia and their daughter Susanne; Alvin J. Richards welcomed back on Guam by his family on February 27th
