Description

Governor Guerrero came back from his court meetings with Washington and announced that there was a reduction in the total amount from the Guam Rehabilitation Act, about one million less for fiscal years 1964 and 1965. Governor Guerrero has reassured his audience in his press release when he got back that the pay reductions would reverse, as more meetings regarding the cuts have happened. The editor's opinion has been that we the people should be happy with the money we are already receiving, and prove that we are able to use that money efficiently, rather than bolster the people's pockets even more originally. The editor appeals to the readers by offering the story of money savings from a boy who got money from his father
