An article that covers Governor Guerrero's trip to Washington, D.C. for the allocated funds for the Guam Rehabilitation Act. As stated from the Editor, the Weekly staff were unable to reach the Governor for a face to face meeting, so a series of questions were asked and answered - those questions and answers are provided here, along with personal notes and thoughts from the Editor regarding each answer for said questions. Amongst the questions asked were: what were the specific plans that Governor has to spend the funds from the GRA; why aren't the people being informed, and if so, how is and how; there's an additional request for money from a semantic point of a reader which probes the question, 'in addition to what?' along with what these additional funds will cover; the process of how the allocated funds will be spent, per the Department of Interior, and if the people are eligible to know; why is there another survey, this time on the cost of living on Guam and why can't the local government do it; the people wanting to know the definition of 'man power' and studies and surveys to be done on Guam and why can't the people do it themselves. All of the comments from the Editor stem from the lack of answers given to the public regarding the questions the public asked in regards to the money generated from the Guam Rehabilitation Act
