Description
An article by Editor Marjorie E. Smith. Editor Smith writes about the advances that women have made in politics, focusing on Senator Margaret Chase Smith, stateside, and a plethora of women on the island of Guam, forebearers being the four women from the Guam Congress, now Legislature, Rosa Aguigui, Mariana L.G. Lujan, Asuncion Torres, and Concepcion C. Barrett, post Organic Act includes Lagrimas L.G. Untalan and Cynthia Torres.
