Van Cleve, Director of the Office of Territories, spoke with delegates and observers from the Third Federation of Asian Women’s Association Convention on Tuesday, June 30th, at Tumon Jr-Sr High School; Laling Camacho and Gordon Mailoux will represent Guam at the 83rd Annual Conference of the American Library Association in St. Lous, Montana; monies appropriated for the Guam Rehabilitation Bill have been reduced roughly by a million dollars per fiscal years 1964 and 1965; a campaign for typhoon relief started – various collection areas for supplies have been posted over the island in hopes of aiding those affected by Typhoon Winnie
